Wonderful, Winter Wedding Photography – Caroline and Neil

You may remember my sneak peek from before christmas of the Wedding of Caroline and Neil at St Michaels Church, Monkton Combe, Bath well i thought I’d share some more photographs from Caroline and Neils lovely intimate wedding.

I’d known Caroline from University times when I was teaching circuit training (no pressups during this wedding though luckily). Neil serves in the Armed forces and I love military weddings ( I’ve photographed Sandhurst amongst other military weddings ).

Being based in Dorset – Bath in Somerset is only about an hour away so it was enjoyable going out of the shire (Devon is another favourite county of mine). I often travel to Bath for some of the shops there.

Neil arrived first as is usual with weddings, with his best man. Caroline was unusually early for a bride. This is good 🙂 After a great ceremony it was time for a few formal shots. The weather was a little inclement so we decided to do this inside with some lighting. It’s always good to be prepared for such things as bad weather so I brought the lighting kit in for the groups and we did some bride and groom portraits inside too.
