Wedding at Crown Hotel Blandford

I’ve photographed a lot of weddings at the crown hotel none more spectacular as the wedding of Danny and Victoria at the crown hotel. Having a studio in Blandford I know the crown very well. I love working at the crown hotel and it’s close to lots of lovely scenery too so you’re never too far away from awesome locations.

The day started with me arriving at Victoria’s family home for some getting ready photos. There was a wonderful dress and bridesmaids dresses all laid out by the shoes. It wasn’t long before it was operation chaos. Luckily it was mostly organised chaos 🙂 There was a little surprise of a horse arriving with a carriage to take this little princess to the wedding. I waited up the road in Blandford to get some pictures, but, it also turned out to be steam fair weekend so there were also loads of other people lining the streets to give Victoria a great send off.

After a nervous Danny married the girl of his dreams it was time for some brilliant fun photographs on a little ride away through the bryanston school. The grounds are lovely there and it’s nice to spend 10-15 minutes away as man and wife for the first time away from the guests. We arrived back at the hotel to find everyone having a great time. The Crown hotel is always a great venue for looking after you and this was no different.

What a fabulous day everyone had right through to the brilliant first dance. I loved this wedding. I’ve shared some of my favourites below.
