How to avoid high speed sync (HSS) banding when using off camera flash at fast shutter speeds using godox flash

If you ever shoot high speed sync flash using Sony cameras and Godox flash you might have sometimes seen banding lines on smooth white surfaces this is brought about because of the electronic first curtain shutter (EFCS) – here is an example with banding.

If you want to not get this banding then set EFCS to off and you will be band free!

Enjoy!
