I’m in the process of setting up a Mentoring and Training scheme for upcoming and new wedding photographers. This will involve a critique of your work to date complete with ways to improve both your technical skills and your post processing skills where necessary. It will cover the business of weddings from how to respond and deal with inquiries, how to run the client meetings. Pricing and package structure will be covered in detail and I will help you setup a structure that will work for you.
The whole approach to photographing a wedding will be dissected and analysed together with what equipment will work best for you.
Workflow after the wedding will be shown including the culling, backup and retouching of images from the wedding.
Product and print offerings will be discussed and suggestions made where you can offer your clients a great service and products they’ll want to purchase to show off their wedding photography.
There will also be the opportunity to attend weddings with me and for me to attend any current weddings you have booked to see you in action and feedback with be given after each and every shoot on every image taken. This will take place at my studio in Blandford (or your studio / location by arrangement)

The above starts from £350 for a day of the above, with a more thorough ongoing mentoring and training scheme available.
